Any and all disputes, controversies and conflicts ("Disputes") arising out of the Program shall be settled through regular judicial process and the court shall have exclusive jurisdiction to any matter arising hereof and RSRD Horizons liability shall be limited to the extent of registration fees charged and received by Mannwa from the customers.
We collect your name, email, date of birth, and birth details (date, time, place) to generate your personalized report. Payment is processed securely by our payment partner; we never see or store your card details. At payment, we also note your general location and payment country to meet local tax requirements where they apply. We do not sell your information to anyone. Your data is stored and processed in India. We keep your account information while your account is active, and you can request deletion anytime. You have the right to access, correct, or delete your data, or object to how it's used — contact us at support@mannwa.com for any of this.
Your Life Navigation report is generated instantly and is uniquely personalized to the birth details you provide. By proceeding with payment, you're agreeing to receive it immediately and accepting that delivery is final once it's generated — it cannot be cancelled or refunded at that point. If a payment fails to go through, any amount deducted will be returned to your account within 5-8 working days.
We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to third parties, under any circumstances.
